Good Morning,

Latest update on the garden.

The first planting of green beans have germinated. I'll put in a second row on July 2nd

The first of the snap peas has formed,  it doesn't get sweet until it gets plump

The parsley looked a bit ragged when I put them out, but they are recovered nicely

The first of the peony flowers for 2016

Pink and Red Peonies

I don't know what this is. It is growing in a large circular patch in the lawn which means less mowing. Every year I mow around a larger diameter

Years ago I bought a Japanese Butterbur plant at the New Ipswich Children's Fair. It  is a bit invasive but too much fun not to enjoy (Petasites japonicus).
